The Flower Garden Walk features tulips in a rainbow of color, and spring annuals such as pot marigolds and snapdragons in late April. In May, Peirce's Woods abounds with native azaleas, columbines, Virginia bluebells, and foamflowers.
And, don't forget that Longwood offers concerts, tours, lectures and other special events year-round, throughout the Gardens! Spring Blooms features Arbor Day weekend activities for the whole family, the Wine & Jazz Festival, and holiday concerts and family activites on Mother's Day weekend. Visit our events page to view our current and upcoming educational and performing arts events.
